LinkedInPaul Lundmark is a technology entrepreneur and investor who leads two companies at the frontier of applied artificial intelligence and private equity. As CEO of Flowlinx, he is building AI-native software; as CEO of Fifth Turn Capital, he partners with the management teams turning that same technology into durable businesses.
His work sits on both sides of the table — as an operator shipping AI products and as an investor acquiring and growing established AI-driven companies. Paul brings more than two decades of experience in investment and portfolio management to that work, grounding a technologist's enthusiasm in the discipline of a professional investor. The result is a practical, builder-first philosophy: conviction in the technology, discipline in the business model, and respect for the leadership doing the hard work.

Learn more"The best AI companies won't just use the technology — they'll be built around it from the first line of code and the first hire."
Paul's thesis is that artificial intelligence is a platform shift on the scale of the internet and mobile, and that the winners will be teams who treat AI as the core of the product rather than a feature bolted on. At Flowlinx he applies that conviction directly, building software where intelligence is the product. At Fifth Turn Capital he applies it as an investor, partnering with the management teams of established companies who share that clarity.
Paul spent more than two decades in investment and portfolio management, most recently at Richmond Capital Management. As artificial intelligence began to reshape entire industries, he saw a generational opportunity taking shape — and chose to pursue it directly.
He left the traditional asset-management world to lead Fifth Turn Capital, a private equity firm specializing in AI, and to build Flowlinx.
